Data collected and purposes

Contact forms

When you fill in a form (Contact page, Showroom page, Model page or Display Kitchen page), we collect the data you communicate: name, email address, phone number, message, plus contextual information transmitted automatically (Snaidero model or display kitchen viewed, preferred showroom, language). Purpose: handle your request and follow up. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b).

Forms are operated by Tally Forms (Tally B.V., Netherlands). Data is forwarded to ODEA Interior and to the commercial team of the relevant showrooms.

Audience measurement

With your consent, we measure site traffic via Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, no third-party cookies, no cross-site identifiers) and Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Data is aggregated to understand which pages are most viewed and to improve the experience. Legal basis: consent (GDPR article 6.1.a).

Marketing and advertising

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to orchestrate the firing of conversion events towards advertising platforms (Google Ads, optionally Microsoft Clarity). Purpose: measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. Legal basis: consent.

Data recipients

Your data may be processed by:

  • ODEA Interior SRL (data controller)
  • Tally B.V. (processor, forms hosting)
  • Hostinger International Ltd (processor, site hosting)
  • Google Ireland Ltd (processor, audience measurement and advertising, on consent)

Your data is never resold. No transfer occurs outside the European Economic Area without equivalent safeguards (standard contractual clauses or European Commission adequacy decision).

Retention period

  • Contact data (form): 3 years after the last exchange, unless you object or request deletion.
  • Audience data: 14 months (Google Analytics) or aggregated without expiry (Plausible).
  • Cookie consent choice: 13 months maximum, after which the banner is shown again.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have at any time the following rights: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@odea.be stating the subject of your request. We reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data transmitted via the Tally forms is encrypted in transit. Tally, Hostinger and Google apply their own technical and organizational measures, documented in their respective policies.

ODEA Interior may amend this policy to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a material change, you will be notified by a dedicated notice on your next visit.
